  • Try to do your jobs for you
  • Punish you if you have acted on something with good intent
  • Ask you to take responsibility without authority
  • Tolerate uncooperative behaviour, poor performance or disrespect of diversity
  • Map your career out for you
  • Attempt to make up unrealistic ideas of what the team will be working on beyond the 12 month roadmap
